Gabriela Milanez is a freshman student at Seneca valley at intermediate high school who has just moved from Brazil over the summer. At school, she takes two honors classes, biology and algebra 2. One important fact is that those two classes are not included in her personal interests, because what she is most interested in is fashion and forensics science. She is also interested in books and sports. To compliment her interest in sports, she used to play volleyball in her native country, but she abandoned the sport when she came to the U.S. Gabi would really like to enjoy and participate in the newspaper club, but there is a huge barrier that prevents her, related to the language.
